herbalife oh herbalife

Assalamualaikum

Selamat pagi..........mood uols camna?ok? CP ok ja pagi ni walaupun rasa kering tekak ckit...huhu..masuk arini dah dekat 2 minggu CP berherbalife..Alhamdulillah...shows good sign instead of having many cheating days (in diet hokay) actually...ngeeee
 
pagi tadi masa rushing nak masuk opis, seseorang menegur CP..katanya CP nampak 'kecut' ckit..kuaang kuang kuang....rasa nak lompat bintang 16 kali jer masa lalu depan maybank tu..hehehe..tak senonoh betul;p actually...bila kita dah puas berdiet ni, bila orang tegur hasil, kita akan gembira...memana manusia pun memang sukala kalau hasil penat lelahnya dihargai;) ngeh ngeh ngeh...terus ada temptation nak update blog pagi nie..
 
if u asking me, i am not the type of hardcore dieters..i always have my cheating day..dun get wrong bebeh...my cheating day in diet program laa... at least, once a week (sometime more...haha) and normally weekend, i 'll have the cheating day...i 'll eat the food i love or used to eat regularly before such as nasi lemak ;p..cheating day also considered as my reward day after my hard work during the weekdays...when i feel the temptation throughout the week to stray off of  from my diet, i'll remind my self that weekend is  waiting for me to have fun with food..it doesnt mean, u eat and eat till u sleep with the food, but at least u enjoy ur main course more compared to normal diet on weekdays...
 
my diet on weekday is a bit dull actually... i'll take shake (blend with oat) in the morning, having nasi in mickey mouse style (lot of lauk n sayur2), and get back to shake (also with oat) at nite..boring huh? so to cheer it up n make me feel fun in my diet program, i ll try my own recipe for my dinner shake.... last nite, i have choclate shake + full cream milk + oat..easy, delicious, yet simple... since kekadang nie, rasa malas tahap gaban tu datang, i just shake the drink sebab giler malas nak blend..hahahha..aduhai ibu beranak 2 nie... before that, i used to mix the stawbery shake with nestle bliss yogurt drink in strawberry..pun sedap juga...
 
like biggest loser program, i have my sesi timbangan too..hahaha..kelass tak kak maria? my coach will do the timbangan for me every friday morning...huhuh..so, CP memang strive ckit lah sblm tiba pagi jumaat...masa lunch hari jumaat ja, temptation pun datang untuk makan lebey..hahaha.. weekend lagila punah..nak2 pulak, balik kg, memang wa sebal uols..for me, its ok, as long as i dont 'sleep with food',..ngeh ngeh ngeh..and the reward will make me feel lively n fun in having healthier lifestyle...
